Frequently Asked Questions

We ask that you allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account but we expect the funds to be returned sooner.

You will be able to monitor the progress of your order through your online account on our website First you’ll receive an email confirming we have received your order. We’ll then email you with your tracking number and estimated date of delivery once your order is packed and dispatched.

Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

If you are choosing standard delivery, here’s some more information to help you:

  • Standard delivery costs £3.95. You will however not be charged if your order is £50 or over.
  • You will receive a tracking number from our courier when your order is despatched.
  • During checkout, you are able to leave special delivery instructions, such as leaving the item with a neighbour or in a safe place.
  • If you are not available, then our courier will leave a calling card, where you can rearrange delivery or get information to collect your parcel.

Please note, during sale and busy periods, deliveries may take longer.

The Simple Store are not responsible for any parcels that go missing/are stolen as a result of the delivery instructions that are left for our courier.

Yes you can cancel an incorrect order and we will issue you a refund. If you would like to amend your order for any reason, we would suggest cancelling your order and placing a new, correct order.

  1. Look through our range of equipment and goods to rent at
  2. Send us an email to or use our quote form to enquire about the availability the equipment you would like
  3. We’ll get back to you with a quote which include the rental and deposit price
  4. We will send you a link to pay the full amount which is payable before you receive the item(s)
  5. The equipment can either be delivered or collected. At the handover we will do a survey of the equipment and get you to sign a form to confirm the condition that the items are in when you receive them.
  6. Once you have used the equipment, unless otherwise arranged, ensure that the equipment has been cleaned
  7. You then either drop off or we can collect the equipment, upon receiving the items back we will do a survey to ensure the equipment is still in the same condition in which we gave it to you
  8. Once this is completed we will send you back your deposit
  9. Finally we will send you a feedback form to have your opinion on how things went
